  My wife and I had about Half of the tapas small plates to try many dishes. They were all exceptional. We're such fans of great food that we have driven 200 miles to eat at a world renowned chefs restaurant. De la Vega was every bit as great and better! The mol'e is deep and rich, the grilled
  Cactus dish is filled with unexpected textures, the flan is a perfect custard with ample vanilla flavor. Every dish was an adventure and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Easily one of the top meals of our lives.
